- You as a consumer may cancel your order for any product purchased on this website without penalty by contacting us at +886 4 2251 9903 or emailing us at service@minoshin.com . You have seven (7) days from the date you received the product to submit your return request. (7) After the expiration of the period, MINOSHIN International Co., Ltd. (United Number 24602832) will no longer accept returns or make refunds.
- MINOSHIN International Co., Ltd. provides courier pickup service for all returns. Returns are free of charge if the courier we designate is used to pick up the return, and we are responsible for the return transportation process.
- If you decide to use a courier service other than our designated carrier, you will be responsible for all related costs and responsibilities. Any costs or expenses incurred by you in returning the relevant products are not refundable.
- You must return the Products in a securely packed condition. You must return the Products in the same condition as you received them, along with any gifts and marketing items included with the order, and in their original packaging. In addition, the Products must be unused, unwashed and undamaged, with the relevant identification labels still attached to the disposable sealed Products. Please note that we will inspect the quality of the returned Products. If the returned Products are in good condition, new, with all attached labels and markings, MINOSHIN OFFICIAL will approve the return and refund the original price paid. If the recipient of the Products indicated in the order is not the person who paid for the Products, the amount paid for the return shall be refunded to the payer.
- On the contrary, if any labels or markings are missing, the relevant product is not in good condition, does not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, or we have any reason to believe that the relevant product has been altered, is a replica of the relevant product, or was not purchased directly from this website, MINOSHIN International Co., Ltd. will not accept the return and will return the relevant product to the consumer.
- If MINOSHIN International Co., Ltd. accepts the return, we will refund the price of the relevant product including shipping costs (provided that the relevant product is shipped by a courier designated by us) to the relevant account within fourteen (14) business days from the date of receipt of the returned relevant product, according to the original payment method used by the consumer to pay for the relevant product, except for technical delays not caused by MINOSHIN International Co., Ltd. - You may also return the product to MINOSHIN INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD. We cannot accept returns of items purchased from franchise stores, outlet malls, retail stores, department stores, duty free shops or any other websites.
