About members
Do I need to become a member to purchase?
Yes, it is a comprehensive membership system. You must join as a member before you can continue shopping.
How to become a member?
Please go to the member avatar in the upper right corner and click Register to register as a member. You can become a "MINOSHIN member" for 1 year by registering for membership in all brand physical stores or at minoshin.shop.
How to extend membership?
Quenching Stone Member: Make at least one purchase within the one-year membership period, excluding the first purchase.
Yunxin member: The accumulated consumption amount reaches 200,000 yuan during the one-year membership period.
Hengjin members: The accumulated consumption amount reaches 500,000 yuan during the one-year membership period. If it does not reach 500,000 yuan but exceeds 200,000 yuan, the membership will be renewed as a Yunxin member.
How to get membership points?
Spend NT$1,000 or more to earn 10 points, and so on.
* Points redemption, consumption discounts, etc. will be announced separately.
* MINOSHIN International reserves the right to review and cancel if any abnormality is found in the transaction for Quenching Membership, Upgraded Yunxin or Hengjin Membership and reward point redemption.

About orders
When will my order be shipped?
We currently provide standard delivery services to areas within Taiwan.
After placing the order, it will be delivered within approximately 4 - 8 working days. (Delivery time: Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 6 pm)
What should I do if I place an order and change my mind and want a different size or color? What if I'm not happy with my choice? Can I return it? What if I find that my order arrives damaged?

Do you provide exchange service?
Only return service is provided. If you are not satisfied with the ordered product, please be sure to go through the return process within the 7-day appreciation period before re-ordering.
What should I do if I find that the ordered product was damaged in transit or the wrong item was received when I received it?
If the package is damaged during delivery or you receive the wrong item, please be sure to help us take a photo for storage and contact our customer service, leaving your name, contact information, order number and attached photo of the damage. We will Will handle it for you as soon as possible.
